I started with No-Miss Boca Base Coat. I used 2 coats of Zoya Avery to match my skin tone. I recently discovered Mineral Fusion nail polish in Obsidian is a great black for stamping. I used it with Bundle Monster stamp plate BM14 to create the rose tattoo look. I knew I wanted a matte finish like skin, but Essie Matte About You always smears the colors when I use it over nail art. To remedy this I used a glossy topcoat first, then applied Matte About You. I don't know why I didn't think of that sooner. It worked like a charm.
