31 Day Challenge - Day 8: METALLIC nails

Yesterday I updated my page tabs. My challenge pages now link directly to corresponding Pin boards on Pinterest where you can see all the manis from each challenge in one place. I wish I had thought of this sooner. I think it looks better than the way I was loading the pics onto a blogger page. 


Last night I tried doing a paint splatter manicure for the first time. It was harder than I thought it would be. I used a plastic straw. I feel like I wasted a lot of polish. I did it using metallic polishes for the metallic day of the challenge. It did not turn out the way I imagined it, but I was too tired to redo it. I will probably try a different technique for my next attempt at paint splatter nails. Let me know if you have tried a technique that worked well for you.

Zoya "Dovima" (matte metallic charcoal black)

Karma Hues "Intriguing" (metallic charcoal grey)

No-Miss "Key West Silver" (metallic platinum silver)
